How to Set Up Account and Track Food of MyFitnessPal

Step 1 Download MyfitnessPal App in Apple or Android Play Store


Step 2 Login or Set Up and Craete a Free Account


Step 3 Go to the Dashboard Menu of MyfitnessPal




Step 4 Select the Goals Tab



Step 5 Select Calories, Carbs, Protein, and Fat Goals under the Nutrition Goals Section



Step 6 Select Calories to the recommended individual calorie goal



Step 7 Select the Carbohydrates, Protein, and Fat then toggle the Fat % to add up to 30%, set the protein goal to the recommended goal that was set during the consultation, then toggle the carbohydrates from that point to equal 100% at the bottom
